My catalytic converter is broken and I have been advised to have it cut out and replaced with a straight pipe. I was told the law for the converters is not in effect yet and I have also been told that I could be fined if caught without one. Which is true?Is it illegal to not have a catalytic converter on a 91 ford explorer in Saskatchewan Canada?
hey as long as you don't have air care you can cut it out and no one will ever check anyway
